This light is made out of anti-climb fencing you see all around London. They’re one of the most aggressive architectural elements from our streets, designed to keep intruders out. Yet, they possess a remarkable elegance.
Bringing this into a domestic sphere sheds new light on them (literally). The design is kept as simple as possible. An extra large vane forms the foot of the light and a small light globe pokes out the top like a budding flower.
